1. Ensure the extension cord is plugged into a working outlet. The outlet may need to be tested with another device to know if it has power.
2. Confirm the power strip inside of the Selfie Stand is turned on, the switch should be left side down. If it isn't, flip the switch on the power strip to turn it on.
3. Verify the USB cable is plugged into the power strip on one end, and the bottom of the iPad on the other. Make sure they are both snug.
4. Test the light on the Selfie Stand to ensure the stand is receiving power.
