Step 1: Check the Printer’s Status
- Confirm the Indicator Light:
Step 2: Verify iPad Connection to Printer Wi-Fi
- Confirm Wi-Fi Connection:
- Check if the iPad is connected to the printer’s Wi-Fi (WCM device).
- If the printer is connected to the iPad’s Wi-Fi correctly but still not printing, proceed to Step 3.
Step 3: Disconnect from Venue Wi-Fi
- Access Network Settings:
- Go to the WCM Plus website and navigate to “Network Settings.”
- Disconnect from the venue’s Wi-Fi by clicking the “Disconnect” button. Venue Wi-Fi may have restrictions blocking the connection.

Retry Printing:
- After disconnecting, try printing again.
Important: If the printer works after this step but the iPad is not connected to the network:
- Photo uploads and sharing features will be unavailable during the event.
- Guests can still receive photos via text or email.
- All uploads will queue and be sent once the iPad reconnects to the network.
- You can monitor the sharing status in the “Sharing Status” tab of the photo booth.

If the printer is still not printing, proceed to Step 4.
Step 4: Restart the iPad and Photo Booth
- Shutdown the iPad:
- Open General Settings on the iPad.
- Tap “Shutdown” and power off the device.
- Restart the Photo Booth:
- Disconnect the entire photo booth setup from the power outlet.
- Reconnect the power and turn the system back on.
