Follow the steps below to troubleshoot photos not sending

*If you are not receiving photos, don't worry! They are storing up in an offline queue and will send out once your iPad is reconnected to the internet.

*There is a chance your Selfie Stand is connected to a network, but does not have an internet connection, or it is too slow.

  1. Press Exit to check on the photo queue.

  1. Enter Passcode 1559.

  1. Under "Queue Management" check to see if any images have "Failed", or if there are images "Remaining" and the number doesn't go down. If they have failed, press "Tap to Manage Queue" and re-queue the failed images. If their are "Remaining" images, it's most likely due to poor internet, or no connection at all.

  1. Check the WiFi connection in settings by pressing the home button

  2. Open the settings app (the gear icon on the right).

  3. Navigate to the Wi-Fi Panel in the left column. If it says next to your network 'No internet' try turning the Wi-Fi toggle off, then back on. If that doesn't work, see if a different network gets your queue moving again.

  1. Open the Photo Booth App back up. Once you're queue number starts going down, press "Start Photo Booth".

  1. Now press 'Start Booth' on the bottom.

  1. To enable Guided Access: Triple click the home button (this locks the iPad into the app). Press "Start" to finish enabling.
