A. Connect to WiFi and then press refresh on the top right corner

• Event may be under "upcoming" or "live" tab

B.Closing the app and re-loading:

• Double tap (press twice rapidly) the 'Home' button on the iPad. It's the physical button just below the touchscreen.
• Then, swipe up on the rectangle with the words Snappic above it.
• Now, reopen the photo booth app and follow the instructions to load up your event.

C.Log out and log back in:

• To log out, navigate to the events page in the photo booth app and press the three lines on the top left.
• Next press Logout on the bottom left of the screen.

Now enter the login credentials, select your event, and start the photo booth!
